I was just scrolling through the selection of new releases over at Leisure Games, and it struck me just how much Indie material was there in the list, and how fresh and enticing it looked alongside the same-old-same-old stuff being put out by the mainstream publishers, and the thought struck me: has there ever been a better time to release Indie games? Though it's unlikely that there'll ever be a big market for them, it does seem that public awareness is on the rise. Has anyone else noticed this? Am I just biased because I'm a fan of the Indie scene?
