Figure in brackets after the total sales for the quarter are the total sales for the previous quarter. In total our five main print products shifted 286 units across the quarter. This is down from 356 in the last quarter, but as pointed out below, this is explained by the spike in sales create din Q1 by the release of Avenues & Alleyways and the a|state PDF.

[Cold City Companion] Q3 2007 Sales Figures

Malcolm Craig's picture

The Companion was release in the latter half of July 2007 and these are the sales figures for Q3. Overall, the numbers shifted show a very positive response to the book. As per the main Cold City sales figures, I have to add qualifiers that Gen Con may give a semi-artificial boost to the perceived numbers and only after another couple of quarters will we really be able to see how much of a success it has been.

So here are the figures:

July 07

IPR: 10
Direct: 2
Con: 0
Vendors: 0
Comp: 0
PDF: 17

Total: 29

August 07

IPR: 23
Direct: 6
Con: 47
Vendors: 0
Comp: 2

So, something I've been working on recently is a slim companion volume or Cold City. In the year (almost) that the game has been out, I've discovered a lot about different ways to run and play the game, methods for encouraging quality play and so forth. In an effort to bring all of this together, I've written the Companion. It also includes information on various shadowy intelligence agencies operating in Berlin and offer a sample hidden agenda for each, something that may be useful when people are creating characters.
