I think this is an excellent point, and having seen the excellent work that Fred Hicks is doing in the US for GenCon 07 we should aim to do something similar.

My initial feeling is that periodically we would start up a thread asking for people to submit their blurbs, images, prices and so on to a central coordinator. I feel that this coordinator is simply some good soul who has decided to take the task on at any given point in time.
