[Dead of Night] 15 minute demo

I've finally got round to assembling the Dead of Night 15 minute demo, including ready made characters and the quick start rules, for added convenience.

Feedback would be appreciated!

[Dead of Night] Actual play reports

I've started this thread to link to the various reports that people have posted on the internet about their games of Dead of Night. If you post a report of your games, make sure you post a link to it here!

[Steampower] Q1 2008 sales figures

Andrew Kenrick's picture

I know I do this all too infrequently, but I really must try and post more as I think it's a useful datapoint for would-be publishers.

I think Q1 2008 has been a fairly lowpoint in terms of sales, shifting about half the usual number of copies of Dead of Night via IPR. I don't think it's a coincedence that Q4 2007 and Q1 2008 coincide with a decreased involvement by me online or at conventions all round, so I haven't been posting actual plays or commenting on threads about DoN anywhere near enough.

[Dead of Night] 2007 Q4 sales figures

Andrew Kenrick's picture

A little while back Malcolm posted up his sales figures for 2007 and I thought I'd do the same, for Q4 at least. My records are so spread out between different files and email accounts that it'll take a bit more rummaging to find the figures for the whole year. You can probably just times these by 4 and have a good guess!

Dead of Night Q4 2007

IPR: 14
Furnace: 3
Dragonmeet: 4
RPGNow (adventures only): 3

Total sales: 21 + 3

[Ordinary Angels] Pacing and the Plan

(I cross-posted this to my lj too a few weeks back, for those that are following it there)

I've only really discussed the core mechanics and premise of Ordinary Angels so far (mostly in the comments, here and here), but this weekend I've been working on one of the major aspects of the game - the pacing mechanics and the Plan.

[Six Bullets for Vengeance] Die By the Gun

I had a lovely surprise when I went by Story Games this morning, as there was some actual play posted for Six Bullets for Vengeance from Sam Hawken! This is doubly surprising, because I haven't really solicited any external playtesters yet, so this makes it the first blind playtest.

So I thought I'd link to Die By the Gun, part 1 and part 2.
