Amongst other projects I am back working on Reel Adventures, integrating some of the things from the last few playtests and polishing up some bits of the system. I think it really needs played by people who aren't me to take it forwards so am looking for some playtesters.
Reel Adventures is designed to be a very low prep, one session game, playable in about 3 hours.
Any help in this regard would be appreciated.
Cheers
Iain

Hi Gaz
The Game Design forum is teeming with Reel Adventures posts (mainly from page 2 further back), and you can use Search to find them too (though it brings up a load of tangential threads owing to Iain's citing it in many posts, possibly in his signature).
Cheers!

Thanks Gregor, I was going to do a search later on (i.e. when not at work). My main aim was to get Uncle Iain to sell it to me, if I'm giving up some valuable time to help out.
Still finding my feet on how things work round here though, so cheers for taking the time to nudge me into "self help" mode. :)
I'll have a skootch about and see if it's down my strasse.

My bad, I made a silly assumption that most people were familiar with the game.
Reel Adventures is a game of action heroes, heroic action and diabolic nemeses. The game has little to no prep time and everything is defined during play. One player takes on the role of the nemesis and the others become the heroes gunning to take him down.
The idea, design wise, is to make a game that can be played in the same length of time as it would take to watch an action film. I think I am getting close to that but need some feedback from people outside my head and oustide my alpha playtest group.
There is a little more on the Giant Brain site.
Cheers
