Here is the Best Friends Appendix.
This will be at the end of the fourth printing of the book, so it's freely available to make sure anyone with a First to Third printing doesn't miss out.
I also think its useful for people who haven't yet bought the book to see what is in it, since the Appendix contains an Index.

I think that's a very worthwhile addition to the game. The extended example conflict is useful and informative, as is the additional advice on framing scenes (which I think was something that the text really needed).
Good show. Now I'll have to shell out for a copy of the fourth printing!

Spotted an incorrect page reference. Will fix it tonight and send it off to print.
Anyone find the Index useful? I must admit I've been using it a fair bit since I put it together.
Oh, and I couldn't resist some of the entries: Experience Points f'rex.

It was just a mistaken page reference on the Egypt page. Making Friends is, of course, on pages 5-7 not 7-9.
