[Cold City] Powerful Hidden Agendas & Convention Characters

I've been thinking about characters for my Cold City game(s) at Gen Con. Things I am going to give the characters to start with are:

Attributes
Traits
National Hidden Agenda

What the players get to decide is:

Trust
Personal Hidden Agenda
Draw scene

I'd like to see what National Hidden Agendas people might come up with as I'm worried my own ideas might be getting a little stale. So, does anyone have some good suggestions for NHAs?
