Rather than discuss the techniques for 15 minute demos, we should take the opportunity to collate 15 minute demo packs here on the site for our own use and the use of others. This invitation is open to anyone, not just us guys from the Endeavour. Indeed, if anyone has 15 minute demos for any small press games, please feel free to post them here.
So, to start things off, my very basic 15 minute demo and characters for Cold City.
Cheers

When you create a page/event/blog post/forum topic there's a "File Attachment" option in the dropdowns under the content editing box.
It's only available to admins (for security) and there's currently a 1mb limit. You also can't add them in comments, but you can link to existing files there.

Best Friends 2007 demo

Is now here... (somewhat X-posted with StoryGames and The Forge)
My Best Friends 2007 demo is now online.
It's a modified version of last year's demo. You can compare the two if you like.
The idea is not to read all of it out, but once you've read the demo text and done one demo you should be able to run it time after time.
[You can also find the .mp3 of last year's demo in the promo folder too.]
I think the new one is to the point and is enough to ensure it ends up under 15 mins, and gives everyone a flavour of the game.
