If you plan on working on the 'net to brainstorm game design or game preparation, then a tool like thinkature is very handy.
It's an online whiteboard, which allows you to collaborate in real time. It has built in chat and allows you to draw, add images, add text boxes and connect related items together.
Also useful for online RP, where you can use it in games that need maps and so on.

That's a really great tool

That's a really great tool that looks like it could ahve real benefits when it comes to collaborative design projects. Nicely avoids the shuffling back and forth of files that using MSN Messenger or similar entails.
I've not looked in to it too closely, but I take it there is the opportunity to save and file the work that has been carried out on the whiteboard?

I fiddled with it briefly

I fiddled with it briefly for putting together the start of Peer Pressure. It certainly saves the whiteboard in between sessions, but i am not sure about saving those notes to another location.
Cheers
