What has been a hectic few months of RL work has seen progress drop drastically on all gaming fronts I'm afraid.
So, the updates are as follows:
Best Friends. This will be the one game in all likelihood that I'll be demoing on the Forge Booth at GenCon Indy. It's also getting some exposure at Indy with the GamerChicks event.
Three Sixteen. Has taken a back seat for a while. My aim is to get a solid updated playtesting document together over the summer and try it out at GenCon Indy. If something comes out of that then I make a run at getting it out at Dragonmeet.
Up Go The Heads. I think I can cobble together something over the summer on this one. I'll set a target of having something to playtest and show to Paul Czege at GenCon.
Hmm, slow going I'm afraid.

OKAY...

Several months of family illness and death sees me re-evaluating the list again.
Best Friends: will have a 4th printing done for GenCon. It'll be like the earlier printings but with a new pinker(!) cover, an Appendix and an Index. Fear Not! The Appendix and Index will be available for free on the website so that no one misses out.
Three Sixteen has gone nowhere since I last posted and at GenCon I really hope to have Ron kick my head in about how the Conflict Resolution system works.
Up Go The Heads has marginally advanced in that I now have a pile of comics sitting about 5 feet from this desk. So, it's on the list to be done by the end of July. My footy mate Martin will be staying with me for a few weeks while he is between flats and so I reckon I'll discuss it with him then.
Other stuff...
The Green Game (or Game X) is something written by a local games designer, who doesn't want to publish it himself. I aim to get some playtesting done and it should be done by the end of the year, maybe. We've got a cover and some interior art, with more on the way. The game has been written and is being edited and made ready for playtesting. May make an appearance at GenCon after hours...
Pride... is the Lion King RPG based on The Princes' Kingdom. I'm hoping to do something on this later in the year (say September?). I have the source material and a text file to edit.
Freie Stadt... is in development and I'm aiming for playtesting this winter. I think the conflict resolution bollocks is pretty good for this. Favouring in ERP is actually pretty slick (in my head) and I hope I'm not hideously upset by it when gaming.
...and...

Best Friends was out at GenCon and did really well.
Other Games?
The Green Game/Game X = Solipsist and that is steaming along at a rate of knots. Realistically it will be out next Spring.
Three Sixteen did get sorted at GenCon and I'm going to be doing stuff on that by Christmas... out sometime next year for sure.
FreieStadt is coming along. At the moment I am reading a book about the rise and fall of Prussia (!) and some more historical reading. I can't find a definitive source about Danzig that I would want (or at least, one that is in English). The mechanics are being solved by another game...
...Cantare. A fantasy game using ERP that is currently in playtest at GEAS. The victory points and favouring of conflicts works well. I need to get some miniature models or Clix for playing with. I'll try tomorrow in town. My goal is to create the fantasy game I played 20 years ago (in mood and feel) using mechanics that make it simple, interesting and fun (i.e. of my experience now). I guess the target market is me, and earlier iterations of me. So, may be small. I want rules and tactics in there, but underlying principles that keep it simple and low-prep.
Up Go The Heads is waiting for other games to get out the road.
As is Pride.
And I have an idea for a small, interesting thing that I'll see whether I can do, or not.
I can always lend you
