Steve Dempsey's picture

I'm relaunching SteveCon in the UK.

The brand has been going strong in France, 22 at the last outing with seven games played. The next UK outing will be on Saturday 26 May in a London pub (tbd). Attendance is obligatory for London gamers but free. On offer will be any number of games mostly indie.

There will be two sessions of games, the first from 1 to 5 and the second from 6 to 10. Turn up from 12 to meet up with your gaming peers and to have a jolly nice time.

Sounds cool. I'll look in to

I'll look in to airfares and whatnot.

Now, who has a couch I can crash on...?

Does anyone know how to contact Steve? It's getting awfully close and nothing about the venue has been posted. Is he OK?

I've got an email for him,

I've got an email for him, but I'm not sure how often he checks it. Anyway, I've emailed him there.

If it doesn't happen, there's a pub near us in Seven Sisters where we could play games.

Andrew, are you still planning on coming?

I don't think I can make it this weekend, unfortunately. We've got plans for the bank holiday. Next time!

He's got some details now. You can get them, among other places, at

Apparently the official place for Stevecon details from now on is some site that is (a) French and (b) doesn't have the details.

Oh, it was really good. In the morning there were three games: Roach, Dogs and D&D. In the evening, it was My Life With Master and Dogs again.

I played Roach and My Life With Master. Both went really well. My Life With Master became My Life On Mars, with a 70s cop theme. Superb.

Oh that's fantastic. What a great idea! My Life with Gene Hunt :-)

I hope there's another one, as I'll try harder to go next time!

Hopefully the next one will

Hopefully the next one will not be the day after my birthday bender.

I can walk again now though.
