I've finally got round to assembling the Dead of Night 15 minute demo, including ready made characters and the quick start rules, for added convenience.

The demo went down pretty well and I passed a copy of the demo on to one of the buyers.
There's a lot of rules about tension and survival points in the book, but I kept that to just a small piece of the demo. I also cut the demo short once something had happened and a few survival points had gone.
On only a few occasions did we get a character or monster killed in the demo. People got the hand of the dice and narration quickly and it seemed an unnecessary exposition to go all the way through to a vampire dusting. Certainly for a 15-min demo (which included introducing, selling and answering questions on the game).
The characters work well and everyone loves playing the dog. Troy didn't seem a very geeky name though? How about Bill (Gates? see), Bert or George?
Tracey as the dead body was confused a couple of times -- I guess it can be a guy or girl's name. How about Sharon? Or Lucy?
