Just a quick survey here.
Would there be much (any) interest in a supplement for Best Friends?
My idea was to have a printed book called "Petty Hatreds" that detailed a bunch of situations for the game (say 7 or so), and also a bunch of "drifts" on the game (say, like the politicians one that Robin Laws did, a Fantasy RP one, something like 6 of these).
They'd have NPCs, situations, tropes of the genre, areas for agreement and conflict and example scenarios, and actual play.
I'm tempted to sell them as PDFs in individual chapters and as a bundle on OBS and direct.
Waste of time? Or useful, pretty little thing that you might pick up?

I don't know if I would bother with selling them in individual chapters. I'd sell the entire thing in one go.
However, I like the idea. Would you be interested in a little thing called 'Blessed Friends' for this project? :-)

I think it's a sound plan.
It might also sell you a few extra copies of the MRB, as it'll showcase the versatility. I suspect a lot of folks think "girlfriends and their petty hatreds" is a limiting genre, and a good few writeups can show them how flexible it really is.
I will writeup "Special Relationship" for it if you wish.

Sounds like a really good idea mate. Do you have enough ideas already or would you look to get more written by guys on the indie scene, like they did for the No Press Anthology?

Sounds like a good idea. I think such a supplement would enhance the game.

I have an idea of the sorts of settings I'd put in, and if anyone wanted to contribute I'd be more than happy to take them on board.
So if you want to send in a Blessed Friends or Special Relationship then I'd be delighted.
I want to do a Fantasy drift, a non-drifted Ancient Rome, a non-drifted Supervillainess one, and a drifted (?) "Coupling" one.
I have other ideas pencilled but I'll go with what works, really.

What I'd like to see are some more sample setups for the basic game too, maybe like you present them in the demo material, with the setup and an initial scene and a bit of advice for running future scenes?
