Hi guys,
Conpulsion approaches with ever increasing speed, so I would like to sort out who is going to be on the table and when. The first thing I need to do that though is a list of who is running what and when. Could someone post that here as I got a bit lost looking at the IGT track.
Cheers
Iain

Well I thought I knew, but when I last talked to Gregor he seemed to have a different schedule in mind, which is rather confusing me.
At the moment I believe I am on the stand all Saturday morning, and running a full-length game of Solipsist on Saturday Afternoon. I'm in a game on Sunday morning and may be hanging around on Sunday afternoon.

Suggestion

Just as a suggestion: perhaps it might be advisable to take this off list for discussion, rather than risk repetition of previous threads? Gregor is probably in the best position to give a definitive answer on the scheduling.

Are we frightened of using our own forum now?
Anyone arranging schedule (I'm looking at you Gregor) please copy me in on stranger at teuton.org

Not so much frightened, more

Not so much frightened, more steering away from choking up the forum with admin threads.
I think arranging things like who's running what or what games are to be run is fine; working out the minutiae of timetabling or who is on what shifts on the table is more usefully done by email.
Stop being a dick, David.

Really. Please. Pretty please. Cherry on top. Thank you.
The Indie Games Track is in the the programme.
You will also need to note, from the Main Games Schedule in the programme, that Graham Walmsley is Iron-Manning the con. He is running a game in every slot possible (three on Saturday on the main schedule, 1 on Sunday morning main schedule, then one on Sunday afternoon on the IGT).
Iain, as you know, you're only there on the Sunday and are running Mob Justice in the morning.
My understanding is that Paul Bourne will be there both days and is happy being on the booth.
I'll be on Staff duty in the Mezzanine are, i.e. reasonably nearby for the whole weekend pretty much.
It would be useful Iain if you could coordinate things and find out (a) who is buying in to the booth, and (b) who needs a ticket. We can then plan getting tickets to people. (For clarity: I will follow up with the Games on Demand, IGT people separately -- please note that I have limited internet access at the moment, etc.)

I'm sorry Gregor, I had no intention of offending. I didn't know what I was doing 6 days before the Con, and that is not a situation I like to be in. It does not make me comfortable, which in turn may make me snippy.
If you are referring to the comment about the boards I stand by that. If we cannot mutually agree our own con presence then something is very wrong.

See Andy's earlier post in this thread about appropriate mediums for time-pressured organization. Not everybody is checking this board 24/7, so urgent stuff can get lost, phone and email are more relaible at this stage.
I'll do a Google spreadsheet for who's on table when and email it round.

I'm hoping some copies of Questers will be there.

I think there are 4 left over from the last con, and I'm hoping they'll wend their way to Edinburgh. If someone's hanging on to them and that's *not* the case, please email me or something.
PS - over-reaction from Gregor there. Tsk.

Especially since I am *much* less sweary (that isn't really a word is it) than him. I think you'll find he is very stressed over the Conpulsion organization.

Evidently I need to spending more than three hours in your house, as I did last week talking about what we were doing at the con.
I appear to have e-mail tonight so e-mails are coming.
Thanks for all your patience.
