Nice! It would fit well into the GURPS campaign I am running (lots of evil skulls).
Looks more like liquid metal than glass though, since it isn't showing any of the tablecloth through the skull.

Well, it *is* but the skull itself has a high colour-blocking ratio. If I set it too low, you lose almost all of the detail. If only it didn't take so long to render it'd be easier to play around with these settings to find a better balance. I could also try turning off the refraction and reflection blurring, but I find the same problem in that - too many confusing reflections and refractions break up the object's outline.
