Should I assume that I will be on the stand, or running Solipsist for all the slots, or will I be able to do anything else? Does the stall stay open in the evening slots?

My stepson will arrive sometime on Saturday, so I probably have to go home fairly promptly in the evenings.

I'm totally in and I'll be running up for running two sessions of D&H and *maybe* a session of Hot War. And I am more than willing to stand at a stall and say nice things to people about games in a lilting geordie accent as well.

Conpulsion charges per table (or equivalent space used) in the dealer room. So Gregor is suggesting we need two table's worth of space for our booth.

To be clear I said... "we are taking a table for two days, which will cost £40."

This has nothing to do with demos, games or other non-booth activities. This is purely to find out who wants to be on the booth.

It is £20 per day, so Sat + Sun = £40 total that we owe the con. I think we should have an advert in the programme, which is £10. So it will be £50 split between everyone, unless we have to buy some more passes and split their cost.

If you are all running games then I'm sure you will get free Con entry, but I will need to run who is doing what past Jo to see it is all OK (if we are all running stuff then that will take care of itself).

It's very unlikely that I'll be able to make the con - some fool made Edinburgh a long way away - but the booth sounds very cheap and I'd be happy in principle to pay a share if that makes sense for the model (thinking it'll probably only be about £10).

I won't be there this year (boo!) as I have other plans for Easter weekend. I've sent some stock up with Iain, and am happy to chip in my share of the costs too.

As an aside, I have also sent him back with the banner and tablecloths, but the stands are all stranded down here. This might be a problem...

I cannot make it to this one I'm afraid.

I'll gladly shove money towards the costs (cause it's going to be very little each anyway) because the remaining Umlaut bootlegs are going to be on sale there. Incidently, I can send the demo kit to anyone who wants it.

I have the stands. Scott D is maybe going up to Conpulsion and if he does he's probably going to be driving. If that's the case, then I'll give the stands and whatnot to him at Concrete Cow so he can bring them up. That is, assuming I get to Concrete Cow! Actually I might give the Umlaut kits to Scott, come to think of it...

So I'd say there's a 60% chance of the the stands getting to Conpulsion.

But have been slack about organising in general. I'll buy in.

Only flaw is, the 24 minute RPG contest doesn't need sponsoring, as far as I know. I mean it has no costs beyond 40 sheets of lined paper and some biros.

I guess that's true ... and it has grown into something bigger than when John Wilson ran it out of his hat the first time, I don't think it was even in the program.
