Maybe you could contact the reviewer and ask if it's ok to cross-post it, or a link to it, on other sites? You could stick up a link in the advertising column at RPG Net for starters, and Flames Rising might be worthwhile too since they concentrate on horror.

Thank you for the review Yoki! I keep meaning to go back and add tension guidelines to all the scenarios - I will soon, I promise. As an aside, I really liked the structure of your review, especially the "player pitch" bit at the end. That's really handy - I might steal the idea!

To answer your question Gregor, there are currently 3 scenarios on RPGNow (here, in fact), one of which is free.

I've written up about 75% of my 28 Days Later inspired scenario, Incubation, which I plan on releasing at some point. I can't decide whether to charge for it or not though.
