Happy Holidays! (Which reminds me, I've got to start posting Happy Diwali messages. I'm mindful of Hannukah, but Diwali just slips by.)
Woo! Christmas! I'm hoping my dad will email me PDFs of games - tell us what game stuff you get, right here!

...has a greater chance of me getting something RPG related for Christmas. Even pleading for a FP voucher just gets confused looks and rolled eyes.
I did however get the last two Sharpe novellas I didn't have and a few more books that will be useful reference. And 'Tom Baker's SF Interactive DVD Quiz' which is going to have to be busted out on Saturday during our boardgames party.
Other than that though... pretty much a disaster of a day as per usual. To put some detail on it, my brother-in-laws cat died as we sat down for dinner...!

I got a wooden dice in my stocking and some books for a new project I am playing with. Nothing else particularly gamey. I bought myself some Wii stuff but I don't think that counts.
Cheers

It appears that someone, somewhere, has listened. Late doors I received a fair few cash gifts which has bumped my GenCon fund up to £300 and my birthday coming soon. SCORE!!
Indirectly gaming related I suppose...

Merry (belated) Christmas

Merry (belated) Christmas folks!
My sole rpg present was a copy of Delta Green: Eyes Only, which has got me wanting to run DG again. But not with Cthulhu. Is it just me that thinks Cold City will work a charm?
No gaming stuff at all this
Submitted by Shevaun on Sun, 30/12/2007 - 15:37.
No gaming stuff at all this Christmas, aside from a wargaming suppliment and a round d6 in a cracker. Got an Xbox for my birthday though (old one, not 360). Hmm. Still waiting for my dad to come through with my drivethrurpg order, which should be cool. It was the only way we could think of to beat the exchange rates (he's in the States).

Gaming Christmas
Submitted by Destriarch on Sun, 30/12/2007 - 15:59.
I *kinda* got some gaming stuff for christmas, in that Indie Press Revolution sent me a CRATELOAD of stuff, but since I now have to review it all I'm not sure that counts ;) I also got flu, which is why I've not been very active recently and why I've only just got around to replying to this thread, so merry Christmas, happy Chanukah, Cool Yule, Funky Kwanzaa, Sassy Solstice, hip Hogmanay and Generally Emotionally Beneficial New Year to everyone.

It sounds like Fred Hicks and Brennan did a great impression of Santa.
And flu or a heavy cold seems to be the festive gift this year, I saw CGS' John Wilson the other day at a book launch (a life story of a family friend written by his mother), and he was needing some rest and recuperation too.
